55 Event Catering Solutions have been engaged by the client to manage a premium experience hospitality structure and public catering/ticket plus sites.

Responsibility for operational delivery and ensuring the agreed standards are met between contractor and client. Liaising with:  Tented Village Service | Hospitality Sales Team | Catering | Host & Hostess | Cleaning | Security

Main Duties:

  • Problem prevention & promote problem solving
  • Main contact for all client facilities
  • Deliver team briefing with Catering IC and Hostess supervisor
  • Deliver daily Host/ Hostess briefing / debriefing
  • Complete venue check list
  • Report any defects and follow through to ensure problem is remedied
  • Give All Clear to control
  • Complete daily report for Head of Catering
  • Check hospitality sales & table plan information
  • Ensure all areas are ready for service
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety regulations and evacuation procedures are understood and adhered to.
  • Assist with Guest check in and welcome and departure
  • Oversee floor operation during service ensuring that standards are being delivered and maintained.
  • Highlight any concerns to Catering IC immediately.
  • Manage customer complaints, solution problems to prevent escalation, reporting any problems and action taken to Head of Catering & Hospitality sales account manager
  • Encourage good camaraderie / teamwork within the hosting team / waiting staff / back of house and management.
  • Attend daily evening event debrief with Catering IC and Restaurant/ Suite managers and discuss key points for following day’s hospitality, ensuring that any company / host / guest request is actioned, and all appropriate staff are fully informed.
