Brief description of work:
Provide hot and cold beverage service to 1500 VIP customers per day
Provide management and service team necessary to operate the cafe
Liaise with stand contractor on café design both front and back of house including – power, water, storage
Mobilise under strict access/PPE protocol
Provide relevant health & safety and food safety documents
