Bringing the world’s top golfers back to St Andrews, the birthplace of the sport, the Championship is one of the undisputed highlights of the DP World Tour.
Brief description of work:
Full catering provision across 3 Championship Golf courses set 30 miles apart; The Old Course St Andrews, Carnoustie Golf Links, Kingsbarns Golf Links
VIP catering for Pro and Amateur Players in rustic custom-made units serving freshly cooked local ingredients.. 4 units per course
Sourcing from local suppliers and working hand in hand with Balgove Larder, a bespoke farm shop and producer 2 miles from The Old Course to ensure the food served is as fresh and local as possible.
Working with our concession partners to provide public catering food trucks across all three courses
Detailed planning and liaising with clients, Health and Safety consultants, event support services and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery
Catering for media, officials, volunteers, marshals and staff.
