Brief description of work:
To review and assist with the content for the RFP for the VIP catering as the operator for 2019
Lead the delivery of the F&B provision at the SC26
Guidance and advice on benchmarking commercial proposals for the Netherlands
Guidance on kitchen set-up and space allocated to each vendor (based on their covers)
Draft scope of work for all public concessions
Guidance and advice on commission split models for public concessions
Work with H&S consultant to align on food hygiene standards
Work with H&S consultant to review vendors H&S documentation
Advise on service levels relating to grade of hospitality and food offering
Identify areas of efficiencies, with the view of cost saving but still delivering the same high standard level
Work with the appointed Caterers to ensure complete understanding of peak service times and how to maximise number of order fulfillment during the busy periods
Ensure we are maximising all areas of sustainability, compostibility, recyclability
Work through the event manual (including delivery times / logistics of moving around on course, etc) with the caterers to ensure adherence
